- Introduced Jira workflows and handover controls.
- Created guidelines and documentation to support the process.
- Delivered cross-functional training to support adoption.
What changed
The redesign established clearer ownership and a shared workflow across six functions, supported by documented handovers and training.

My role: independently developed the reporting workflow.
The focus
Making recurring monthly and quarterly Support reporting more efficient and improving data traceability.
What I did
Developed a Python reporting workflow using the Jira API and JQL to support recurring reporting.
What changed
The Support Team adopted the workflow to reduce reporting effort and improve data traceability.

My role: owned Support’s workstream for a proposed Jira-to-HubSpot migration.
The focus
Aligning Support requirements, workflows and user acceptance testing for a proposed system migration.
What I did
- Aligned requirements and workflow needs within Support’s workstream.
- Coordinated user acceptance testing.
- Presented the proposal to C-level decision-makers for review and approval.

PERSONAL PROJECTPLANNING & DELIVERY
My role: end-to-end planning and delivery of the wedding; guidance and arrangements for the trip.
The occasion
A bilingual wedding for 130+ guests and a four-day independent China trip for a group of 17.
What I coordinated
Budgets, suppliers, accommodation and schedules across the wedding and travel arrangements.
The outcome
Delivered the wedding and guided the four-day trip, bringing together practical planning and cross-cultural communication.
