Since June 2025
- Led the end-to-end planning and delivery of a bilingual wedding for 130+ guests and guided a four-day independent China trip for 17 people, managing budgets, suppliers, accommodation and schedules.
- Independent travel and challenging treks; now focused on a long-term professional role.
- Pursuing Google Career Certificates in Project Management and UX Design, with completion planned for December 2026.
Technical Support Specialist

- Translated customer use cases and software-licensing requirements into proposed workflows, user pain points, user requests and interface behaviour with Product Management.
- Performed manual, release and exploratory testing of scientific software; documented reproducible defects and verified implemented fixes.
- Provided first- and second-level support for scientific instruments and Linux-based software to academic, biotech, pharmaceutical and CRO customers, coordinating technical escalations with R&D.
- Hosted weekly Support–Account Management meetings to review operational indicators, align customer needs and coordinate priority cases and follow-up actions.
- Created technical documentation and knowledge-base content, and delivered system-setup training and onboarding for customers, colleagues and distributors in China, Japan and Korea.

Selected achievements
- Voted “Master of Problem Solving” by colleagues and recognised at the company’s annual meeting.
- Led a repair-process redesign across six functions, clarifying ownership through RACI and introducing Jira workflows, handover controls, guidelines and cross-functional training. Read the project summary.
